Art & Computer Graphics

CG Talk-A good place for CGI software conversation and art display.  Different sections for subjects and software packages.  Even the cinema 4d section is regularly busy, and that's saying something.  Unfortunately no Corel section, though I personally don't know anyone who would ask for one.

Wallpapers HQ-I personally don't go searching for new backgrounds much, but it's always good to have a link.

Art by Craig Mullins-Putting this here is probably a waste of time and space considering every other web site has a link to this guy (mattes, paintings, etc), but I might as well.  But I figure maybe it'll earn me points with some other artists... ...now I must continue my grand quest to find someone even more esoteric...

AliceArt-...So here's a link to a British girl named Talen.  She leans towards more of a comic style art (indeed, had a short run on keenspace, short) but claims a unique style and is rather good with a tablet.

Shirosan-Found this guys database while checking something on the Megatokyo forums, though I'm not sure if there's a real site structure here.  Whichever, there is obvious talent and I think this is a good example of the idea that while control of shape and shading are need to create good pictures, one must also have patience.  Something I imagine this person has much of to create such detailed work.

Lunatique-Good pen and light colors.  Makes me think of reminds me of a William Blake as a little kid for some reason.

Nairohe-Good pencil art.

Shirow Graphics-A site dedicated to the artwork of Masamune Shirow of Ghost in the Shell and Appleseed fame.  There's plenty of sites like this out there, so don't worry if this one doesn't work.  But at some point you must take time to admire his little girl/big gun drawing skills.

Jesus Christ I need to get some decent page layouts in here...
