I will work to my fullest abilities on each site I design. However, different sites require different kinds of attention. I will rate your website according to it's difficulty on a five point scale. One point being the lowest difficulty rating and five being the highest. These are the flat rates of each kind of website:

After this, there is a technical fee. Disks, disk space, scanning and imaging cost time and money. This is why I will charge a flat rate of $10 for technical purposes.
Add up these rates and you have the basic website fees. But you're not done. If you want your web site updated regularly then there is an update package fee.

Now for the example:
This website has a difficulty rating of 3. The reasons for this rating can be explained in the packages section. This incurs a $30 fee. After this, there is the technical fee of $10. Total this and I have my flat fee. Next, there is the issue of updating. This site requires very little updating. However, from time to time I will add features to this site which include sales, notices and new web designs. These updates will occur between a week and a month's time. This will create a $40 monthly update package fee.
Therefore the results are a $40 basic web fee, and a $40 monthly update package fee.
