The 2002 Judges and Coaches Conference was held at the
Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada December 10th through
December 13th and was very well attended nationally.

The Seminars at the hotel were excellent and inspiring
and the hands-on skating at the Crystal Palace Skating
Rink were professionally presented and were extremely
well informed. At the conclusion was the very elegant
banquet with some distinguished awards presented.

Some of the Figure Skating awards were presented to:
Ed and Barbara Bolton of California - Coaches Hall of Fame;
Dick Miller of San Diego, CA. - Distinguished Service Hall of Fame;
Ron Groff of Las Vegas, Nevada - Meritorious Service Award;
Heather Mulkey of California - USOC Athlete of the Year for Roller Sports award.
