(Gwen Manson snores softly, until suddenly BRIIIIIIIING, her alarm goes off.) Gwen Manson sits down. (Gwen Manson thwacks her alarm, glaring at the time.) Gwen Manson glances at a gleaming platinum cuff watch with a black face and a single diamond at the twelve o'clock position. Gwen Manson sighs. Geri Morgan stands back up. In a spell-binding voice, Gwen Manson sings: "Six o'clock already I was just in the middle of a dream I was kissin' Valentino By a crystal blue Italian stream But I can't be late 'Cause then I guess I just won't get paid These are the days When you wish your bed was already made" Gwen Manson stands back up. (Gwen Manson begins to make her bed up, yawning constantly, attempting to wake up.) Gwen Manson removes her silk pajamas. Katt Blade drops a stuffed grey dog named Barnabas. (Katt Blade flips her hair with a very serious look on her face.) (Summer Matthews glances sadly around the room, staring into every corner.) Summer Matthews seems sad. (Summer Matthews picks up a picture of her former lover and the music slowly begins to play.) (Summer Matthews holds the picture in her hands, then slowly stares at her reflection in the mirror.) (Summer Matthews holds the picture up next to her face in the mirror as she flashes back to a phone call from the day before.) Summer Matthews sings sweetly: "You called yesterday To basically say That you care for me but That you're just not in love" (Summer Matthews stares sadly at the phone on her nightstand and fights back tears.) Summer Matthews sings sweetly: "Immediately I pretended to be Feeling similarly And led you to believe I was Ok to just Walk away from the One thing that's unyielding and scared to me" (Summer Matthews puts the picture back down on the dresser and walks over to the bed, flopping down on it.) Her roommate borrows a dress and leaves the room. As soon as she is gone, Summer is back to her sad solitude. Summer Matthews sighs. Summer Matthews sits down. (Summer Matthews stands up as she realizes that it is all in vain, he is never coming back.) Summer Matthews stands back up. Cecilia Scully stands up to address the assembly. Cecilia Scully recites: "Before I start, I want to dedicate this to my friends: Bri, Syd, Matt, Lauren, Mad, Ang, and Cel. I love you guys and I would also like to dedicate it to Nina whose not here in body, but is in heart" (Cecilia Scully curls up in a large armchair. She grabs a picture off of a table. She stares at it for a couple minutes.) Cecilia Scully smiles. Cecilia Scully sings beautifully: "I have a smile Stretched from ear to ear I see you walking down the road We meet at the lights I stare for awhile The world around us disappears" (Cecilia Scully is suddenly outside on a sunny day. She's sitting by a lake with a handsome guy. They're sitting and laughing, eating and talking. She seems so happy.) Cecilia Scully sings beautifully: "It's just you and me On my island of hope A breath between us could be miles Let me surround you A sea to your shore Let me be the calm you seek" (Cecilia Scully suddenly starts to look nervous, like she doesn't know what to say or do. She starts to fidget and the world around her starts to fade away....) Cecilia Scully seems nervous. Cecilia Scully sings beautifully: "But everytime I'm close to you There's too much I can't say And you just walk away" (Cecilia Scully is suddenly all alone again, sitting in the armchair and hugging the picture. A single tear rolls down her cheek.) Cecilia Scully sings beautifully: "And I forgot To tell you I love you And night's too long And cold here Without you" Cecilia Scully shivers. (Cecilia Scully wraps her sweatshirt around her in a vain attempt to warm her soul.) Cecilia Scully sings beautifully: "I grieve in my condition For I cannot find the words to say I need you so" (Cecilia Scully stands up and walks around aimlessly, and finally settles down in the kitchen with some cookies and milk.) Cecilia Scully sings beautifully: "And everytime I'm close to you There's too much I can't say And you just walk away" (Cecilia Scully finishes off the cookies and milk, and then just sits there, thinking.) She collapses onto the floor and starts crying, because she doesn't know why she's acting this way.) She picks it up, dials a number, and finally says what she needs to say, "I love you.") Cecilia Scully says, "And I forgot to mention Katt's name before, my bad. Katty I love you." Angela Bond exclaims, "I'm doing a song with Madeline Avenue!" Madeline Avenue stands up to address the assembly. Angela Bond smiles. Angela Bond says, "Mad, face it. You'll never make it as a singer! Besides, to be honest...you seem slightly off key." Madeline Avenue shakes her head. Madeline Avenue sighs. Angela Bond says, "Fine. But I think you should stop dreaming and set yourself a *real* goal."" (Angela Bond sits down on the side of the stage, shaking her head.) Madeline Avenue gazes off into the distance. But this is my first time in Kareoke, and I didn't have time to prepare. At first I was gonna do a village people song but..." Crimson Beauregarde glances at some tight leather pants.
