Copyright Information: Assume everything on this site is copyrighted and don't use it without permission. Certain things on the site are others' copyrights and properties, such as GemStoneIII, Prodigy, Monopoly, et cetera and are property of their respective owners; more specific informations below. The content is mine, the images are mine and/or for my use, or have no discernable origin and assumed public domain until claimed (with proof), et cetera. It should be obvious what's whose in many cases. Bottom line: Don't steal from these pages; Ask first. Site is for entertainment and isn't worth even a penny.
GemStoneIII is a registered trademark of the Simutronics Corporation, Simutronics is as well. I could insert some ever-changing dates in place of this sentence, but I won't.. rest assured it's from 1987 to some point in more recent memory.
Monopoly is discussed in a few areas in the IM Fun section of the site. Monopoly is owned by Hasbro.
In a few IMs, Star Wars stuff is discussed. George Lucas holds an iron fist on all things Star Wars, and I bow to his might.
We use AOL's Instant Messenger IM service in the IM Fun areas of the site. AOL (Steve Case, et cetera) own the AIM service.
The picture titled 'Ravenswood Mausoleum' is adapted from a picture someone sent me in e-mail years ago, I never knew the originator (though I suspect it to be the work of the delightful Deni Lambaunas) but am willing to credit the owner.
Spiders used in the site's logo came from an unknown source, supplied to me via a friend.
Character portrait of Black Arthur Deville drawn for me by Christopher Hess, aka Fifth Dream.
Dancing Skeletons came from another picture I've been saving for literal years for the sole purpose of use in a web site. My skeletons are modified from the original. Point of origin unknown.
Various other skulls and skeletons came from unknown sources.
Some skeletons and skulls are from (or adapted from) sprites in CastleVania video games (owned by Konami).
Other skulls are my own creations.
Artists featured on the "Spooky Tunes" page are the owners and creators of the noted songs. For more detailed informations.. well, buy their albums. When Spooky Tunes are available for download, it should be clear that the tune is shared with the hopes that downloading parties will find interest in the song and hence purchase the appropriate works from the appropriate artists. Under no circumstances will this site have more than one music file available at any one time, and this site will NEVER offer up a complete album's tracks. Spooky Tunes will be referenced to locations like MP3.com and like sites when like sites are available so that the artist will recieve more direct benefits from the exposure. Files offered will also be of a lower Bit Rate and be of lesser quality than can be found on CDs to further encourage listeners to purchase that artist's works. I'm not entirely sure how to get across that I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes, that I'm a listener of those songs and deeply want to expose those artists to more people. Please keep the intent of the Spooky Tunes section in mind. Should an artist want to be removed from the Spooky Tunes list, or to have a file removed (if one is available for that month) it will be done so immediately upon reciept of e-mail and some form of proof.
