All Things Spooky

This section of The Spider's Web is a compilation of Spookiness. Featured here is a list of Spooky Tunes, Spooky Views, and Ghost Stories.

Since this is my page, I will also be mentioning any awards I have recieved for my works and contests I have held or participated in as well as other participants.

Direct yourselves this way if you would like to peruse the list of Spooky Tunes.

If you would rather watch a spooky movie, you might find what you're looking for on this list of Spooky Views for your viewing pleasure.

And now, some contest information. Have information on other Spooky contests? Submit them! Visit the "Tell It Like It Is" page and let me know!

  • 1st Place: Nevrek Araknathalin

  • 3rd Place: Femereff Faleana and Nevrek Araknathalin

As you can see from this factual example, Data Pending was the favorite of the judges this year. Big hand for Data Pending!

The Hunt for History 5100 - Winning (sort of) Team comprised of (alphabetically): Frijthof, Iffe, Krynith, Mesaanna, Nevrek, Porcell, Sabitor, Tarkisis, and Vuladro.

After a long (and fun) event, we emerged (somewhat) victorious. There will be another one in 2002, the Hunt for History 5102.

All that said, what can be expected of this area on the site? Stories, Honorable Mentions, Awarded Storytellers, Spooky Tunes and Spooky Views. Things in this vein. I plan to start holding Spooky Story Contests, somewhat regularly, so I'll put things up relating to that here as well.

Also, I will not be putting The Curse of the Tattered on this page. This is the work I performed at the Ebon Gate Festival which won me 1st place above. It's a piece solely appropriate for 'live' performances in Elanthia. I was originally intending to put it up so people can see it, but I decided I like the piece too much to just slap it on a page for anyone to examine any time. If you want to view it, you'll have to get a log from someone else, or catch one of my rare performances of it.
