Remote Help
I can remotely control your PC (with your permission) to adjust configuration settings
and perform routine maintenance.
There are two ways I can accomplish this:
1.  Users with Windows XP can ask me for help directly from their help menu in Windows by
sending  their request to help@bernster.net.  (Directions for requesting help) I will respond
with a request to take control of your system.  Once you grant me control I will be able to
work as if I was sitting at your desk!
This works best if you have a broadband Internet connection (cable or DSL).
2.  Users with older Windows, can still get remote control, but it will have to be
throughMicrosoft NetMeeting.  If you don't have it installed, it is easy to download and
install and I can walk you through configuration over the phone.  Still need a broadband
Internet connection for this to work well.  Ask for help by calling or sending an e-mail to
help@bernster.net.
