Labor Day Pigroast

Jerry and Missy decided to celebrate their first anniversary of owning the Orbit Inn by throwing a party for their patrons so they asked us to cook a pig. Well, they didn't have to ask twice! We borrowed a homemade cooker from a gal (in exchange for welding the fenders back on) and took off for our favorite watering hole. The biggest draw back was the cooker was gas fired but it still cooked a decent pig.

Mike and Tina sit and watch the cooker (which is about the biggest part of any pigroast)

Kathy and Bob (who live next door to Tina and me) stop by which helps break the monotony a little

Here's a shot of me and Mike with the guest of honor in back of the Orbit

Here we are again with Jerry. Do you think anybody is going to get past us to get to the pig?

We will be doing another pigroast for Jerry and Missy in a couple of weeks so check back for more updates to this page
