FOCUS They say when you aim at nothing That's probably what you will hit! Especially true in goose hunting What you aim at, you probably get! We've all heard the term 'sky blasting' When our chances are very slim. We put our sights on the whole flock And seldom we aim at just one! We think, aiming at so many, Accidently, we might get one. That's not productive goose hunting But at times it sure can be fun! Pick 'one' out and focus on it. Put the 'bead' right on that one bird! Don't worry about the others, Aim at one . . . the rest should be blurred! You'll have successful hunting Sighting 'one' and not all the flock. Unless, of course, you do forget To take your gun safety off 'lock.' Prayer always helps me get focused On the things important in life. And being focused will get you More peace and a lot less strife! Don't dwell on your circumstance When God gives you something to do! Focus on just one at a time Take good aim--He'll see you through!
