Dec 1 3 USA aircraft carriers with nuclear submarines in the Arabian Sea
opposite the shores of India, Pakistan and Iran, and in the Persian Gulf.
USA began massing floating firepower at the outset of the Mumbai attack Nov. 26,
in case the rising tensions between India and Pakistan explodes into an armed clash

Dec 1 Indian air and missile forces on war footing, Pakistani armored units
diverted from Afghan border. India and Pakistan took their first steps toward war
after Pakistani Lashkar terrorists attacked Mumbai. Military experts fear a
full-blown war could spill over into combat with tactical nuclear weapons.
There seems to be evidence some of the Lashkars were trained in Syria,

Nov 26 Pakistani Islamists attacked Mumbai (Bombay) INDIA. The goal of the
attack clearly was to cause as many casualties as possible, particularly among Jews.

Dec 1-2 India knew of a terrorist threat for Mumbai in August and passed to
USA, who relayed to the India government which passed it on to political officials in
Mumbai, India's financial capital. There it stopped. The warning never reached the city's
marine authorities which might have intercepted the terrorists boats as they landed.
Why did the Indian government fail to act to pre-empt the terrorist attack?
Why did the USA not issue a public warning about a terrorist attack in the making as

Rabbi Holtzberg banned photos of his building, believing terrorists were
seeking intel. He was killed in the India terror attack Nov 26. Holtzberg was so
fearful his Jewish center would be attacked that he forbade media photographers from
snapping pictures inside the building, believing terrorists were seeking information
on the building's layout. The Holtzbergs had duel USA and Israeli citizenship.
The Jews were horribly tortured, then killed Nov 26th.
Chabad house was specifically targeted in the attack, some terrorists stayed at
Nariman House to scope out the Jewish facilities. A terrorist captured by India said
