Résidence Beauvallon is located in the traditional French potters and artisans town of Vallauris, just across the hill from Cannes. The apartment offers a peaceful atmosphere and tranquil hillside view of what was the old Riquebonne farm and it's terraced hills. Résidence Beauvallon is fully furnished, with secure entry into the stairwell, and parking. You are a 10-minute drive from the Croisette and Palais des Festivals in Cannes. The A8 Autoroute, also a 10-minute drive, allows you to travel up or down the coast, or tour the Provençal interior...the "arriere pays." Conveniently adjacent to the apartment is an Intermarché supermarket and a bus stop where you can catch the bus that goes directly into Cannes, stopping at the train station and daily market.

In addition to being well-located to explore the Côte d'Azur, Provençal backcountry and nearby Maritime Alps, you are only a five-minute walk to the center of Vallauris, which has numerous pottery, art, and gift shops where you can select from a tremendous selection of local paintings, pottery, linen, olivewood crafts and many other specialty and Provençal gift items, such as herbes de Provence, lavender, and perfumes. These are usually far less expensive than in the many other towns and villages we recommend as area daytrips. For convenience there's an adjacent supermarket (Intermarché), or you can walk to the daily food and vegetable market, as well as a number of local baker and butcher shops, patisseries, several excellent restaurants, the post office, and the Picasso Museum. Across the hill, Cannes offers world-class shopping on the rue d'Antibes and rue Meynadier. The nearby medieval hill-top villages Eze, Gourdon, and Saint Paul de Vence, many sacked by the English, offer countless more galleries and gift shops. Grasse, to the northwest, is most famous for its perfume factories and shopping outlets, and Monte Carlo offers world-class casinos, shopping and the annual Grand Prix Formula One race. Ventimiglia, 45 minutes away in Italy, offers bargains in gold, leather and other items at a weekly day-long open-air market each Friday.

We offer a proven track record of success providing private residential accommodations for visitors to the Côte d'Azur. Let us know early-on if you're planning to visit, as we often receive requests in advance from around the world. However, we do keep a standby list in the event of scheduling changes.

Telephonic/e-mail reservations are held 2 days and reservations are considered confirmed after receipt of a signed rental agreement, plus one-half (50%) of the total rent. Final Payment is due 45-days prior to arrival with a refundable $200 security deposit and a $65 setup/prep fee. Following this, we immediately forward keys, detailed directions, maps, etc.

Credit cards are accepted via Paypal.Com* in most major international currencies, personal checks in USD($) drawn from US accounts (converter), and bank drafts or international money orders in EUR(€) from accounts outside the US. We also accept wire payments and can provide transmittal details upon request.(*UK website)

We accommodate short-notice requirements, if a vacancy, but require Complete payment before providing keys, etc., which we will mail by Overnight or International Express Mail and deduct this from the Security Deposit.

Separate terms may be negotiated for Guests who plan more extended visits.

• Auto: Sortie (Exit) 42 from the A8 Autoroute, the Antibes / Vallauris exit, then the Route D135 to Vallauris. In Vallauris, follow signs for "Cannes" on the "avenue" or "route" de Cannes (Route D803).
