Résidence Santa Barbara I & Santa Barbara II are contemporary and economically priced efficiency apartments located in a modern and secure community on La Croix des Gardes, a quiet residential area of Cannes. Available year-round, weekly, monthly, or short-term, each apartment can sleep up to four or six, respectively, and are furnished, equipped, set-up and ready-for-use, including linens, utilities, parking, a swimming pool, and secure access. There are beautifully landscaped gardens on the grounds that are professionally maintained with a wonderful variety of native flowering plants. Each apartment has a large balcony and a magnificent view overlooking the Golfe de la Napoule in Cannes and the Esterel Mountains on the far side of the Bay. It's an inspiring setting and perfect for quiet relaxation, casual dining, and a peaceful break from the routine. You're close to beaches (a 10-minute walk), and the Croisette and Palais des Festivals (7-minute drive) in the center of Cannes. A convenient bus stop at the bottom of the hill makes it easy to get around. The A8 Autoroute is also nearby, so you can quickly and easily travel up or down the coast; from Italy, 45 minutes to the east, to St. Tropez in the west. Or you can always head north into the Provençal back country...the "arriere pays"! |

Cannes offers world-class shopping on the rue d'Antibes, as well as countless galleries and gift shops at the nearby medieval hill top villages of Eze, Gourdon, and Saint Paul de Vence, all of which are an easy drive. Antibes is close too, as is Grasse - famous for its perfume factories and shopping outlets. Monaco is 30 minutes away, and offers classic old world casinos, shopping and the annual Grand Prix Formula One race. Ventimiglia, 45 minutes east in Italy, provides bargains in gold, leather and other items each Friday at a day-long open-air market. And if you miss the Friday market, as we sometimes do, you can always go a few miles further east on Saturday to visit the same market in San Remo! Keep in mind that travel time is longer in the high season. |

Furnished studio apartments. Both SB I and SB II can each sleep four. SB II can also sleep an additional 2 children or young adults using the pull-out bunks (photo below) for a max of 6. Both apartments are in adjacent blocks, within view of each other, and are an ideal option for two families. Amenities include:

We offer a proven track record of success providing private residential accommodations for visitors to the Côte d'Azur. Let us know early-on if you're planning to visit, as we often receive requests in advance from around the world. However, we do keep a standby list in the event of scheduling changes.
Telephonic/e-mail reservations are held 2 days and reservations are considered confirmed after receipt of a signed rental agreement, plus one-half (50%) of the total rent. Final Payment is due 45-days prior to arrival with a refundable $200 security deposit and a $65 setup/prep fee. Following this, we immediately forward keys, detailed directions, maps, etc.
Credit cards are accepted via Paypal.Com* in most major international currencies, personal checks in USD ($) drawn from US accounts (converter), and bank drafts or international money orders in equivalent EUR (€) from accounts outside the US. We also accept wire payments and can provide transmittal details upon request. (*UK website)
We accommodate short-notice requirements, if a vacancy, but require Complete Payment before providing keys, maps, etc., which we mail by Overnight or International Express Mail and deduct this from the Security Deposit.
Separate terms may be negotiated for Guests who plan more extended visits
