Each of us brought school supplies to donate to the young people at the home. A chapel service was held. Several of the bikers spoke and about 12-15 young people went forward for prayer. We are going to follow up to see if we can continue to communicate with the young people that would like to, but in any event we certainly can pray.  It was a good trip and it was nice to come together with other bikers groups for a common purpose. Jill and I did this ride last year and plan to do it every year we can and have set a goal to fill our van with school supplies for next year's ride. So be praying for the kids, next year's ride and what God would have you do. (picutre)

CMA - Greg Lambert, Bob & Patti Karst, Ron & Romona Inskeep attended a car rally at Polaris where they set up a table at the entrance and directed the hot rods to their parking spaces.  We keep lanes clear for the police and fire trucks to get in and out.  We mingled with the crowd and witnessed and handed out tracts.  We made a small impact and have been invited back.  This was a seed planting adventure for sure... Jill & Steve will try to get their shirts and do iron patches to see how that will work.

Greg is getting more info on biker Sunday to see if the help they need is in line with our mission.

Our bible study was in Romans, Greg had a lot of notes that he delivered in a quick 10 minutes. Greg will continue the bible study in Romans, so be reading romans and looking for a verse from that chapter.

From Greg's notes:
Our obligation is one that I view in concentric circles of responsibility. The center of our obligation is to God, in self-sacrifice and service. The ripple effect extends to the exercise of our gifts, the service of the brethren, even the kindness to the lowly and our enemies. Beyond this there is the sphere of responsibility which we have to society and human institutions. We are obliged to express our submission to God by being obedient to the government which God has ordained. In addition to legal obligations, such as obeying the laws of the land and paying our taxes, we have moral obligations as well. Even when the state may legalize immorality, it is the obligation of the Christian to abstain from the evils of drunkenness, sensuality and lust. (Romans 13:8-14)
