9. Johanna Volbert.29 Johanna was born in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, on 25 December 1858. She always celebrated her birthday on Christmas and every record that gives a date gives December 25th as the date or December as the month of birth; likewise, every document lists Pennsylvania as the state of birth, and her death certificate states Philadelphia. Various ages and different years have been given, this being the one changable "fact." The 1870 census records her as 12-years-old; she is not recorded as immigrating with her parents when they arrived 6 December 1858.30 She married Charles Wolffram, son of Henry Gerald Wolffram and Wilhelmina Albert, on 26 May 1898 in Monroe Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey.31 She died at 6:45 a.m on 28 July 1944 in the County Almshouse, Northfield, Atlantic County, New Jersey, at age 85 years, 7 months and 3 days.32 She was buried on 01 August 1944 in St. Peter's Cemetery, Riverside Township, Burlington County, New Jersey.33

If the Home had a mailing address in Souderton, while within the borders of Franconia Township, this would explain the disparity.46 He was buried on 27 December 1920 in St. Vincent Reformed Cemetery, near Kimberton, East Vincent Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.47
