Pam Julian, owner of Te Chichi Mec Ocicats, was an accomplished artist at the age of 13. Pam's art work went on hold while marriage and children took center stage. Pam's artistic abilities and love of dogs and cats soon brought her a career in the pet industry as a professional pet stylist, which she does to this day. Pam, a successful breeder and exhibitor of Chihuahuas, with many home bred AKC Champions, is an accomplished dog trainer and handler. She has extensive knowledge in animal behavior and vet sciences. The first Ocicat came into the Julian household when her 16 year old son David wanted a purebred cat for a continued 4-H project. Since that time the Ocicats have been loved and cherished members of the family.

Pam has been successful in granding many ocicats and is a member of the CFA Ocicat Breed Council. Pam also holds membership in both CFA Ocicat clubs in the US. Pam was the first US breeder to import Ocicats back from lines having been exported to Europe many years earlier, thus keeping the Ocicat bloodlines strong.
