Mark and Lori's Page Welcome to Mark and Lori's page. We are the mom and dad of the Cotter clan formerly of Hudson NH, now residing in Hutto, Texas. We moved here in September 2003 so I could finally go to cooking school and Lori could be with her family, finally. I love to cook and would love to drop out of life and become a chef. I will graduate from Texas Culinary Academy in January 2005. It has been rough going to school and working for 15 months, but it has been worth it. My passion though is cooking. I absolutely love it!! I love everything about it !! I read about it, watch cooking shows, read cookbooks!! I hope to have a recipe page soon !!!! I love to watch football, play sports, talk politics. I am trying to be a runner although it's tough for a fat guy !!!! I also enjoy a bit of hiking althoug I am not a hiker. I am an avid reader and love organized crime. I am intrigued on the impact of the MOB and its influence on America and the economy. I have read everything I can on the Kennedy Assassination, the five major NY crime families. Most of all I love to listen to all the liberals defend the Kennedys' and rave how wonderful they are/were. Check out my organized crime page. I love music, especially 60's and 70's. Lori likes to ... do family things, watch Lifetime and hang out with her sister and mother. She loves the simple things in life that most people takes for granted. Just the comfort of being home and the love and security of her family. She is not materialistic or money driven. She enjoys a good meal and a movie. She loves horses, but doesn't get much of a chance to ride them, although she did get to ride on vacation. She is quite an artist and likes stained glass. She enjoys eating my cooking and playing with Andrew. |
