Shipping & Taxes

To cover the cost of shipping please include 5% of total ($3.50 minimum). US Postal insurance can be added to any package for the following cost to the customer. $1-$49 = $1.10, $50-$99 = $2.00, $100-$5,000 = $2.00 + $1.00 per every $100 increment. Ohio residents must also add 5 1/4% sale tax to all purchases.
