Dale Harris Forms

On this page you can download forms that are needed to run keyshops. These forms were created by Dale Harris.

If you click on .XLS files they will load into MicroSoft Excel (if you have it on your computer.) Excel files can be edited by you and some of these files will also do the math for you when you enter the data. Excel will also print the forms.

If you click on .PDF files they will load into Adobe Acrobat Reader (if you have it on your computer.) Acrobat Reader cannot edit the files, all you can do is to print them out.

Work sheets are use to determine what merchandise and supplies you wish to order and provide you with the SKU numbers you will need to actually place your order. Once you have filled out your work sheets you then fill out the order form and fax it in.	Key blank work sheet	Key blank work sheet
