- Bagsak (in the Kali Ilustrisimo system) is a simple downward vertical cut followed
by an upward thrust.
- Bangkaw means staff.
- Bantay kamay means guardian hand. Also known as the live hand. It is the secondary
weapon in the Filipino martial arts. In using the single stick, it is the empty hand. In using
Espada y Daga, it is the dagger holding hand.
- Bartikal is a vertical movement.
- Buno means the Filipino style of wrestling.
- Busog at palaso means bow and arrow.
