D.E.E.N.O.S. is proud to offer quality gymnastics instruction to children ages 2 and up. Our programs currently include Pre-School Gymnastics, Recreational Gymnastics, Tumbling for Cheerleaders, Recreational Trampoline and Tumbling, Cheerleading Fundamentals and Competitive Gymnastics. We are expanding! Classes are now available in our brand new, state-of-the-art fully air-conditioned facility in Rincon! Located in the Effingham Park of Commerce, appx. 3 miles north of I-95 off Hwy 21, D.E.E.N.O.S. new facility is over 20,000 sq ft of the most modern training equipment available!
