Other than that, I'll accept anything. But remember, I just love a story with an exotic setting. I accept all stories ranging from 500 to 10,000 words. Please query if over 10,000 words, and if your story is less than 1,000 words, please don't sacrifice character development for length. Yes, I know it's a challenge. :-)

If sent as a file attachment, all manuscripts must be double-spaced on one side of the page, preferrably in a monospaced font, (such as Courier New). Your last name and the title of the story should appear in the upper left hand corner of the page, with the word count appearing in the right. Please include a cover page, where your name and address are listed, as well as the title of your story. Your e-mail address must be included as well. All manuscripts sent in the body of the e-mail, please ignore font and double-spacing and such things, but please include all of the information requested above.

I pay 1/4 cents per word on acceptance for First North American Serial Rights, and I pay 1/10 cents per word for reprints. I no longer accept simultaneous submissions, sorry, but I do accept multiple submissions. Just please don't flood me with your entire portfolio. ;-}

I also accept poetry, which is to be single-spaced. Your last name and the title of your poem are to appear in the upper left-hand corner of the page. Poems also should have some sort of sci-fi/fantasy bend. I pay the same rate for poetry as for stories.

I am also very eager for artwork! Please send all artwork by e-mail to the e-mail address above, preferrably in GIF or JPG format. I pay various rates for artwork depending on size.
