Rita offers 20 years of catechetical experience in the areas of youth ministry, RCIA, catechetical leadership and education. She also brings her extensive experience with the Myers-Briggs personality theory, facilitation, and prison ministry. Her education includes a Masters in Religious Education, an MA in English, and Certification in the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory.

Diane's background includes 30 years experience in catechesis, RCIA, liturgy, youth ministry, women's ministry, leadership development and financial counseling. She holds a BA in Business Administration, a Masters in Religious Education and is certified to use the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory
