Fee Guidelines |

• We are a self-supporting Ministry Team with a commitment to serving the needs of communities regardless of ability to pay • We assume that our out of pocket expenses will be covered • We look for actual transportation costs or a mileage payment if we drive. That should be calculated at the standard rate that your group pays. • We set as a guideline figure for our fee $250/day. That covers both of us and assumes preparation time as well as actual on site time. • We are aware that some parishes, communities or organizations cannot pay that much and that others can pay more.

• We ask that as you determine how much you will pay you take into account comparable amounts that you pay to others who do the work that we do, the complexity of our particular services to you and the number of people involved • Large groups take considerably more planning and effort than do small groups and a per/person fee is not unreasonable in those cases. • We suggest a group size of 30 as standard and a possible per person fee of $5 per person over 30. • In all cases we pray that your sense of justice measures your ability to pay with the benefit to the group.

In keeping with our commitment to service we would like to be able to continue to offer our ministry to large and small communities, poor and wealthy. Therefore, when we submit an invoice, we leave the totals blank for you to fill in, and request that you complete and send us a copy with your payment.
