Since 1900, the Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind (CLB) has offered programs
that enable individuals who are blind or visually impaired to obtain and maintain
independence at home, school, work, and in the community.

CLB's programs and services include early intervention services, training and
consultation in assistive technology, career placement services, comprehensive
low vision care and a wide range of rehabilitation services.

CLB is a private, not-for-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization.

CLB pledges full support to equal opportunity in all services it provides to
individuals, regardless of an individual's race, color, religion, national
origin, age, sex, pregnancy or related conditions, marital status, sexual
orientation, family responsibilities, physical or mental disabilities,
matriculation, political affiliation, personal appearance, veteran status or
other criterion protected by law.
