Clubmates are PIC's front line recreation staff who work in the SEA (Sports, Entertainment, and Activities) department.  They organize activities, teach lessons, act as lifeguards monitoring the pools and beach, maintain equipment, and provide entertainment for the guests.

PIC looks for fun, friendly, customer service oriented people who are energetic, responsible, athletic, and who like working outdoors.  In addition PIC seeks out:

  • Individuals who can instruct and participate in sports to include:  tennis, archery, volleyball, basketball, swimming, water aerobics, windsurfing, and sailing.

  • Persons who can speak Japanese, Korean, or Chinese.

  • People with experience in:  life guarding, CPR/First Aid, audio/visual technology, dancing, child-care, etc.

  • Round-trip airfare from the U.S. based on a six-month contractual agreement.

  • A hotel room on property shared with another Clubmate.

  • Three meals a day in the guest dining room or the staff cafeteria.

  • Access to the resort's facilities on off-time.

  • Inexpensive medical/dental insurance.

  • Hourly wage of $6.50 plus overtime for hours worked over 40 per week.


Guam FlagWho may apply?

Guam is a Territory of the United States of America and subject to US Immigration laws, therefore, all applicants must be US citizens or "green card" holders.   PIC also requires its Clubmate applicants to be at least 21 years old, be Red Cross or YMCA First Aid/Water safety certified, and to be able to commit to a six month contract.
