ORDERING INFORMATION
FRAMING: All framing will be
done using acid-free double mats and metal frames. All black and white
etchings will be framed in black, colored etchings in silver, gold, or frosted
bronze.
PLACING AN ORDER: Please e-mail
the artist by clicking on her name below. List quantity and
title(s) of the etching(s) you wish to order, and your shipping address. Elaine
will reply by e-mail to confirm availability of your order before payment is
made. Orders will be shipped within 5 days by Priority
Mail , insured, unless otherwise requested.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
(1.) Payment may be made by
check or money order (US dollars only) payable in advance to E. B. Rothwell, by US Mail to:

(2.) Payment may be made by
credit card. If you do not wish to send credit card information by e-mail, add
your phone number to your e-mail order and suggest the best time(s) to call.
Elaine will phone you for the credit card information and process your charged
order through a local Auburn art gallery.
SALES TAX: (California residents
only) Please add 7.25% of the merchandise total, before adding shipping charges.
SHIPPING CHARGES: (US orders
only) Please add $20 for one plus $5 for each additional framed etching, $10 for
matted etchings.
(Foreign orders please
contact the artist to determine shipping charges.)
RETURNS: Full payment will be
promptly refunded upon receipt of any Rothwell etching returned within 60 days
of the date of shipment. Any etching damaged in shipment should be called to the
attention of the shipper immediately, and returned for refund or replacement.
