Swim 200 yards (parallel to shore)

Individual Triathletes:  Male & Female Age Group Categories
15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & up.

Relay Teams: Male, Female, & Co-ed Age Group Categories
18-39, 40 & up (based on average of team members)
Note: If you would like to participate in a relay team but need other team members, we'll do our best to help find other people to do either the swim/bike/run portions of the race with you.  Just stop by the Rye YMCA and fill up relay sign-up sheets there.

Clydesdale & Athena Categories
Men 200 lbs or more. Women 150 lbs or more. Weigh in at check-in.

Hotel Accommodations

The Renaissance Westchester Hotel is the official race hotel. A special rate of $99 is available on Friday and Saturday evening for Westchester Triathlon 2002 participants. USA Triathlon (USAT) Membership All athletes including each relay team member, must be a USAT member. A one-day membership may be purchased for $7 at race check-in. Each relay member must be a USAT member or purchase a one-day membership.
Eligibility & Conditions You must be at least age 15, in good physical condition, and wear an ANSI-approved helmet during the entire cycling event. Failure to begin the bike portion within 60 minutes of the start of your heat results in disqualification. The race officially ends at 10:30am, and the awards ceremony will begin at 11:30am. 

The Westchester Triathlon Committee solely governs this race and reserves to itself the exclusive right to make any policy relating to, or change any aspect of, the race in this or future years, subject to the rules and regulations of USA Triathlon. 

Packet Pick-Up To be determined. Adult and kids race packet pickup is to be determined.  Check back here for location and packet pick-up hours.  
Entry Confirmation There will be no mailed confirmation of your entry. Check the athlete list on this website to confirm your entry.
