Complete this form and make checks or money order payable to ETSM! Mail to Eat The Scroll Ministry, 3rd National Bible Conference, P.O. Box 1022, Lanham, MD 20706. Please call the ETSM Office at (301) 552-6551 for additional information.. No registration will be processed without a check, or money order!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full registration fees will be refunded if written cancellation is received no later than June 30, 2008.

After June 30, 2008, a 35% processing fee per registrant will be charged.

No refunds will be made after September 15, 2008.

Hotel Reservations:

The official conference hotel is the Comfort Inn Conference Center, located on 4500 Crain Hwy, Bowie, Md. 20716. For reservations please call 301.464.0089. Refer to the dates of the conference and the conference sponsor, Eat the Scroll Ministry when making your reservation. We recommend registering early, as there is a limitation of only 200 participants.
