The "live person" is me, Igor Portnov, 39. I've been in the business since 18 (started as part-time motel desk clerk). In late 80-ies I left my job as Tour Manager with the government-operated Intourist and co-founded the first privately owned incoming tour operator business in Ukraine. Since then my friends and I have created a very reliable and efficient network of small operators that allows us to provide travel arrangements and other related services all over Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.

P.S. for those who think that any bicycle should have fat knobby tires: Yes, I ride a mountain bike too.
