What Travel Arrangements We Handle

• hotel accommodation,
• furnished apartments for short-term rent,
• domestic transportation,
• chauffeured car service,
• private motorcoach service,
• local excursions and tours,
• meals (including banquets, picnics, etc.),
• meeting planning and special events services,

IMPORTANT: We are NOT a travel agency and do NOT do "stand-alone" reservations. Sorry! 

If our "prefab" tours are not quite what you are looking for, we will gladly develop a customized package for you. A package may consist of as little as hotel accommodation plus station/airport - hotel - station/airport transfers and, say, a city tour; or it may be an all-inclusive tour with accommodation, international and domestic transportation, station/airport - hotel - station/airport transfers, guided sightseeing, escort interpreter and chauffeured car services, and whatever else you may need.

Where The Services Are Available

Hotel accommodation is available only in major cities (unfortunately, there are no decent hotels in most small towns). The same is true for meeting and conference facilities. Apartments are currently available only in Lviv, Ukraine.

How Much Does It Cost

Developing tours is very much like writing software. If the requirements are not clear, the program does not do what you expect it to do (we cannot even price it). So, please, make your requirements clear. You should at least let us know the following:

• Number of people in your party. If there are any children and/or senior citizens, please, specify the number and age.
• How many double and single rooms you need.
• The start and end dates of the tour. Please, tell us how flexible you are about those dates. If not quite sure about the dates yet, give us at least the month you have in mind and the duration of the tour.
• List the cities and towns/villages you would like to visit. Tell us how long you would like to stay in each place (please, bear in mind that most small towns do not have decent hotels) and what sites you would like to visit. If not quite sure, please, browse the On-Line Guides and the programs of the tours (even if you are not interested in joining a group, the programs might give you a better idea what is available where). 
• Your country of residence and citizenship (by default we will assume both to be US).
• If you would like us to provide international air (from US only), please, specify the closest major international airport.
• Try to give us some idea about your priorities and the price bracket you are looking for. Would you prefer to ride a compact car and save some money or leg room is of primary importance (it is just an example)?
• Anything else you would like us to take into account while developing the tour.
