On Novmber 14, 1999, I traveled to Japan under the Fulbright Memorial Fund Teachers Program. The purpose was to observe the education system as well as everyday life and relate this to my school and community. This was such a wonderful and a once-in-a-lifetime experience to have been chosen to partake in. The following is just a little of what I experienced and places I visited. Many thanks to the Fulbright Memorial Fund as well as the wonderful staff in Niihama, for making this a wonderful and enriching trip.
