Flexible Mount New formula Batteries

To be fair, there is little more that I can tell you at this point except what I have already told you on the web pages. I have to protect what can be considered trade secrets. The latest development is the new formula batteries. They are one of the key components to the electrical systems. All lead acid batteries suffer from build up of lead sulfate. Once the plates get clogged with sulfate they lose electrical contact and the battery no longer charges. 80% of the battery's plates are still available but now unusable.

The new formula, prevents the build up of sulfates and actually replates the plates during the charging cycle. Hense, the battery will continue to function until all of the lead is used up in the battery. This would give the battery a working life five times longer than current batteries. ( 8 to 10 years is a conservative estimate). I have taken batteries that are twenty years old that were dead and by replacing the electrolite with the new formula, after a few weeks of charging and discharging, the batteries are almost back to full charge and power output. They charge faster and seem to provide just as much power. But, I believe they will be more reliable and will not go dead suddenly or as quickly like current batteries. In other words, they will gradually let you know when they need to be replaced.

I am currently assembling another battery pack prototype that is six cells rated at 12 volts, at 15 amp hours. The cells are sealed in a flexible vinyl pack configuration that can be bent and formed to fit on curved and irregular surfaces for mounting. These can be mounted in unused areas of the vehicle so they don't take up passenger or trunk space.

There is still a lot to be done. But, it's going to take more investment to get this battery fully developed and that includes the manufacturing facilities in order to produce it. The ultimate goal is to power a FULL SIZED vehicle...not a glorified golf cart.

Active testing of the new battery pack will begin within the next thirty days. I'll try to keep you updated.
