Wendy Richard is an English actress well-known in her native Britain.
She's perhaps most recognized
these days for her long-running starring role in the
BBC
dramatic series EastEnders,
where she appeared as Pauline Fowler for 21 years: from the series'
inception in 1985 to late-2006. Ms. Richard also counts numerous other TV shows
and movies to her credit during a career that spans more than forty-five
