Demerris committed to send a reminder email out to the staff. In addition, Jim suggested post a blown-up copy of a gift card in a place where staff could regularly see it (staff lounge or near the mailboxes) as a reminder. Demerris suggested waiting a few days after she send the reminder out to do that. There was general agreement that, with the short period of time left this fiscal year, that we should keep scholrships as a central theme for our fundraising efforts. He committed to put the thought down in writing and email it to the Board. * Adjourn The meeting was Adjourned at 7:25PM. * Spring Crab Feast - The date of the event is Saturday, 2/21/04 at the Italian American Heritage Hall in downtown San Jose, 425 N. 4th St. Two members have taken us up so far on our membership/crab feast co-marketing deal. we still have 21 tickets left. * Memberships to date stand at 23, including the board. Our income this year, to date, stands at $1735. This includes the $500 from JBA sponsoring the VIP Crab Feast table and the $625 in Office Depot gift certificates. We have insurance coming due, we owe $500 for VIP Crab Feast tickets (we will get $200 rebated from the Booster Club), and owe $140 for the 4 regular Crab Feast tickets sold to date (we will get $80 rebated by the booster club, $20 for each ticket sold). * Technology Scholarship - Luis submitted another set of expenses for reembursement.
