Magic by Zelena the Enchantress

I have been doing family entertainment since 1981. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a child's face light up when they are painted like a dalmation or tiger, tossing candy to kids in my magic show, or watching a row of 14 people getting glued to their chairs in a hypnosis show. I have done more family picnics, anniversaries, Renaissance Faires and festivals than I can count.

MAGIC: I did my first magic show as a book report in 6th grade. My teacher was fond of magic and always had a trick or two up his sleeve. When youngsters want to learn magic, I send them to their library, which often has a wealth of books on magic.

I would like to see more girls/women get into magic. How many famous women magicians can you name? Its a great career, and the stereotype of every magician being a man hardly seems correct in the new century. I will happily correspond with girls out there who want to get into this field.
