A WALK THROUGH ETERNITY
I walked on the rainbow
And when my bare feet
touched red
I understood the passion between a man and a woman
And the flames
would have consumed me
Had I been ordinary
So I stepped on the band of
orange and was filled with the courage of the sun
And the boldness to follow
my dreams
And a million monarchs whirled around me in an orange mist
And
some lighted on my hair and arms
And I understood immortality
When my
bare soles touched yellow
I was filled with light within and without
And
the light shone like beacons through my hands
And my hair turned to light
And
my soul looked back at me like a mirror and smiled
When I stepped onto the
green I sprouted iridescent wings
And oak leaves grew in my hair
Fairies
whispered in my pointed ears
And sylphs sang their whispering song
And I
felt Gaia痴 heart beating through my feet.
When I walked onto the blue
I
could see right through the expanding universe
And the spiraling arms of the
milky way
And the stars were my sisters
And the comets were my children
When
I stepped on the purple band
I fell right through and I was clothed in fragrant
lilacs
And angel face roses tumbled from my fingers
A purple mist surrounded
me and my third eye opened
And I became a Goddess

SPELLBOUND
I like my woman witchy with spiders in her hair
With
little gargoyle statues and candles everywhere
With tiny colored bottles lined
up on every shelf
And scrolls of scribbled drawings of dragons and of elves
I
like my woman witchy with rings upon her toes
With henna on her hands and a diamond
in her nose
With long chains hanging in her cleavage as she leans over her table
To
stare out of her attic through the Victorian gable
Chorus
I知 spellbound
by your smile; I知 captivated by your tears
I知 enchanted by your walk, but you
play upon my fears
Are you an illusion or are you real. Will you destroy me or
do you heal
I like my woman witchy with dark hypnotic eyes
And a glowing
crescent moon tattooed upon her thigh
With long raven tresses tumbling to her
waist
As the moonbeams light up her soft breasts and face
I like my woman
witchy with nails so red and sleek
With a dagger on her thigh and rouge upon her
cheek
With spider webby stockings and black stiletto heels
But I知 not sure
I壇 trust her to cook me any meals
Chorus
I知 spellbound by your smile;
I知 captivated by your tears
I知 enchanted by you walk, but you play upon my fears
Are
you an illusion or are you real
Will you destroy me or do you heal
