Non Holiday Summer Rate: $175.00/night

Non Holiday Winter Rate: $225.00/night

New Years week: $400.00/night

All stays subject to 10% El Dorado County Room Tax

A $300.00 security/cleaning deposit must be received to assure your time slot. This deposit is fully refundable minus any abnormal cleaning or damage charges. Until this deposit is received active rental activity will continue. Confirmation of receipt will be sent within one working week. An additional $75.00 per stay is required to cover the Laundry and Cleaning service we employ. Full rental balance is due prior to rental date.
