Dome Building - apartments 10 thru 16: The Dome building is located just off route 173 on Chandler Drive. This Geodesic Dome is a well known landmark in the Slippery Rock area. There are 2 two bedroom; 2 three bedroom; and 2 one bedroom apartments. Each apartment has an equipped kitchen (sink, refrigerator and stove), private bathroom with shower or tub, living area, and bedroom(s). Each unit has its own electric meter, for which the tenant is responsible. Elecric is used for cooking and heating. All units have been recently remodeled.

APARTMENT 10 & 16 SIDEWALK

There are two - three bedroom loft style units with large, spacious floor plans #10 & #11; a one level two bedroom unit #12; a two level two bedroom unit #14, a one bedroom unit #15; and one small, efficiency unit #16. These are all unique apartments incorporated into the Geodesic Dome structure. Most units have skylights as well as conventional windows. The tenant is responsible for paying the monthly rental amount, electric usage (electric is used for heating and cooking). Your telephone and cable TV, if desired are the tenants' responsibility.

APARTMENT 11 ENTRANCE

Water, garbage collection, and sewerage services are included in the monthly rental amount. The rents range in price from $250. per month (for the one room efficiency) to $600. per month ( three bedroom unit) for one person, additional adults are $50. each per month. The leases are for a one year term. A security deposit is required which is equal to the monthly rental amount. Pet Policy (in certain units only): $25/mo. for dog or $20/mo. for cat. Must be approved, quiet, housebroken, well behaved & waste picked up. For leases less than one year ( monthly rental rate + 10%) 10% surcharge to total monthly rental rate.
