Main Building - apartments 1 thru 8:
The Main building is located just off Pennsylvania State Route 173. There are seven two bedroom apartments and one- one bedroom apartment. Each apartment has an equipped kitchen ( sink, refrigerator and stove), private bathroom with shower or tub, living area, and bedroom(s). Each unit has its own electric meter, for which the tenant is responsible. All units have been recently remodeled. Some units have exterior decks.
The tenant is responsible for paying the monthly rental amount; and $40. per month for the months of November through March for heating; electric usage ( electric is used for heating and cooking ). Your telephone and cable TV, if desired are the tenants' responsibility.
Water, garbage collection, and sewerage services are included in the monthly rental amount. The rents range in price from $450. per month to $540. per month for one person, additional adults are $50. each per month. The leases are for a one year term. A security deposit is required which is equal to the monthly rental amount. No pets allowed in this building. 10% surcharge to total monthly rental rate for leases less than one year ( monthly rental rate + 10%).
