It's Gonna Get Worse - This one is about our first tour manager who was promptly fired when we figured out that he had been lying to us about an infinite amount of things. Also, he was manic-depressive, and a bad driver. Looking back, I guess we're lucky to be alive.
Cotton Candy High - This is the second time that Kerry and I wrote lyrics together (the first being Dollhouse off of Sorry) and as usual, the result is something I like but honestly don't understand. It's much like when he talks in his sleep - highly entertaining... but what does it mean?
Milkshake - One of my bad habits (and I have many) is a tendency to feel sorry for myself for unfounded reasons. I will be happy... I will be happy... I will be happy...
Four Leaf Clover - Listen to some old duets by Nancy Sinatra and Lee Hazlewood, Sonny and Cher, or Brigitte Bardot and Serge Gainsbourg and you'll get the idea.
Vegas Glam - A couple of years ago we were on a tour that took us through Las Vegas. In the middle of the night about five miles out of town, two of the rear wheels on our bus decided that they had seen enough of the desert pavement and flew off. We opened a bottle of champagne, got a tow back to Vegas and hit the casino. In less than an hour, I lost it all.
Punch Me Out - Some days you just shouldn't get out of bed.
Black Light - After several margaritas, Kerry and I came up with this. We both had black lights in our rooms growing up. I think they did something funny to our brains.
Sign Of The Cross - One morning while my son Adrian was waking up I began singing this strange lullaby to him and made the words up as I went. This is the result. For weeks afterwards, he would make the sign of the cross with his fingers when he didn't want someone to come near.
The Angels - Some people will do anything for fun, including taking their own worthless lives.
Pink Floyd Poster - When I was sixteen we moved. I hated my new home, school, family. I had no friends. I was depressed. Then I met this girl and we fell in love. I started feeling pretty good and we broke up. Now I was suicidal and stayed in my room a lot.
Good Luck Charm - Don't expect any kind of commitment from a ghost.

Funny Bunny - Bunny is a nickname for my son, Adrian.
Every Christian Lionhearted Man Will Show You - The BEE GEES had some great pre-disco songs, this is one of them. I didn't find out until after we released it that The Posies also did a fine version
Inchworm - Time moves slowly. It takes forever to get anywhere, like a tiny little worm.
Broken Bunny Bird - When he was just over two years old, my son fell getting out of the bathtub, broke his arm and brought great sadness to his papa.
Dollhouse - This was the first time that Kerry and I wrote lyrics together. If I recall, Mousy was his first wife.
