Below are pictures and descriptions of my Autocross efforts. My car (1988 Civic) is usually one of the slowest cars at an autocross but I have driven this car for almost all of its nearly 200,000 miles. I think I have a very good sense of the handling characteristics of the car and often can anticipate what it is about to do long before it does. Bottom line, it isnt a sports car and it isnt particlarly fast, but it is very predictable, and handles very well for a stock grocery getter. I think the trick to a car like this is paying a lot of attention to the line you take through corners and carrying as much speed as you can through those corners without asking too much. It is a fine line but well worth it when you do it right.
