Minnie's Totem Pole
Hello! Welcome to my "Totem Pole".... my home on the net! Discover the many interests in my life!...Thus, the many faces of a Totem Pole, placed outside my home!
If you like my site, send me an e-mail, and let me know!

This is me! Taken in April 2001, at my home. My Dad always said we had some Indian Heritage (Cherokee,I think), altho I haven't found where it comes in at,yet... So, I guess that explains my interest in the Native American collections! This is all mixed in with some German, Russian, Irish/Scot, and English!

I am married, and have 5 wonderful kids! They are Robert, Debbie, Terry, Donna, and Billy Don. I also have 11 fantastic grandchildren: Robbie, Ryan, Koty, Jacee, Devon, Dustin, Hayley, Alexandria ("Alex"), Madelyn, Meighan, & Sierra.

My occupation is a Stenciler...stenciling railcars (once again, after a 4 year lay-off!).

I collect items of the Native American (especially of Indian Maidens, and their children), wildlife (Deer & Squirrels are my favorites!) — and Pillsbury DoughBoy for my Kitchen / Dining-Room.I also collect items of Tropical Fish & Sea-Shells for my Bathroom... and Polar Bears & White Wolves for another room! I have many interests and hobbies... such as being an avid reader, baking/decorating cakes, occasionally an art-project, and crafts... and a great interest in my Genealogy! I truly enjoy my PC, and the many things I can accomplish with it!

In June of 1998, My son & I were able to visit the land of my Grandfather (Friedrich "Otto" FRIEBEL), and meet some of my distant cousins. We visited Apollensdorf,GERMANY and was able to attend the "Stadtfest" in Wittenberg while we were there. We also toured Worlitzer Park in Worlitz,GERMANY. Many thanks to my cousin, Marianne, for this beautiful visit! We also were able to visit with cousins in Kemberg,GERMANY. We have some fantastic relatives, and I hope the future holds the very best for them! — I will never forget their hospitality!
Check out the links below, for some of the photos of Germany! Be patient...They may load slowly...but are worth the wait!

(Note: My husband & I, along with our children, lived in Hanau,GERMANY in the late 1970's...)
