To analyze the structure of the medical office and/or facility in the uses of organization within the office to maximize satisfaction, effectiveness, and safety for the patients and the staff.
To increase the full financial reimbursement to which the health care professional is legally entitled for services provided to patients while preserving the highest levels of integrity, compliance and ethical standards.
To inform the health care industry effected by the HIPAA standards imposed by legislation for privacy and protection of all health information that can be linked to individuals.
To offer the highest quality of security and confidentiality standards in order to comply with HIPAA regulation.
My Compliance Plan is developed in conjunction with the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and HIPAA in an effort to meet such proposed standards and regulations.
My Guarantee is that I will not disclose any patient information or reports to any other individual or entity without written permission.
