What’s New?

• May 7, 2009 Just a quick note to say this page is still active, although I've not had much time to be updating it lately. The novel is finished and I've been looking for an agent and publisher. I'd actually probably have one by now if I were looking harder. But this is the difficult part -- the part where you might be rejected! In other news, I've also started working on a new novel. Not a sequal to Yau, because if I cannot sell Yau I won't be able to sell it's sequal. The new novel is called Centauria, about the rulers of the empire of Centauria, and their space battles with neighbors in the Hyades and Plieades. Sci-Fi rules!

  Other updates to the site: I've added some programming notes on multitasking and interprocess communications and stuff like that.

Lola's Blog

Lola the German Shepard, born 1998, died March 21 2008, the first day of spring, from Degenerative Myelopathy. I'm keeping the blog up, so that other's whose best friends have been diagnosed with this disorder might have some idea what might be coming for them in the future.

When I was young a priest said you me “You do not believe in the God? Then what do you believe in?” That is the most important question any one has ever asked me, and the most important question anyone could ask themselves. Here are some of my thoughts on my beliefs.

World Travels

Computer programming pays way too much, and so to burn off my excess budget I’ve been jaunting around the world. So far I’ve been to Australia, Africa, and London (with an afternoon spent in Paris.) So far I have write ups and pictures posted from Australia and Africa. I’ve not spent enough time in London to make a decent write up on it yet. I hope to get back soon and finish the job!

High Tech

State of the art high tech, nuts and bolts sort of stuff, college/graduate/post graduate level. Definitely not for the faint of heart! (Software mostly, but I might be adding other subjects in the future)
