RAC-MOAA 2008 Chapter Dues Payment Form

1. If you are not sure if you have paid your chapter dues for 2008, check with CDR John Baumgarten at
   804-379-7586 ( jabaumgarten@prodigy.net ) to avoid making a duplicate payment.
2. Select the dues payment amount for your membership category (click on "down" arrow).
3. Enter your area code and telephone number in case we need to contact you about your payment.
4. Click on "File" in the menu bar at the top of your web browser screen.
5. Click on "Print" from the "File" menu to print out a copy of your dues payment form.
6. Mail your dues payment form with a check for the indicated amount payable to "RAC-MOAA" to:
   Richmond Area Chapter - MOAA,  P. O. Box 72604,  Richmond, VA  23235-8017.
