I am very funny and as bright as a star
I wonder about the stars
I hear trees whisper in the wind
I see the fire of hate spreading around me
I want total control of earth

I pretend to live in a perfect world
I feel the burden of work thickening
around me
I touch Peace like a dried-up river,
slowly filling back up to its banks
I worry that the river of war
will continue to flood the world
I am very funny and as bright as a star

I understand that without evil
there will be no good
I say that the river of Peace
will flood in many years
I dream of a better place, beyond our grasp
I try to get good grades in Spanish
I hope that the flooded waters of the river
of war and hate will become a trickle
