Welcome to the Fallbrook Country Dachshund's "residence".

This is an image of a very special longhaired female named "Hannah". She was injured at four weeks of age by her littermates, and vets and specialists said she would not live to a year. She is now thirteen. Surprise! They were wrong. I will get a wirehair and a smooth up soon. I hope you enjoy seeing them as much as I enjoy sharing them.

We live out in the country, away from the hustle and bustle of a city. Entertainment is many miles away so the puppies and their antics are my source of entertainment. They are true and real clowns.

I have been a professional breeder of Dachshunds since 1960. I am a behaviorist and a dog obedience instructor and in all the years I have worked with all breeds? There has never been another breed that I enjoy as much as the Dachshunds. I have all colors, all coats and all sizes. I cannot imagine life without them.

If you are in the area, and in the mood for a "fur fix" just give me a holler, and will be glad to share with you. I usually have a litter or two that are in the process of bonding with their new "parents" and learning how to use a crate, the outdoors for their potty trips, obedience, and general socialization. Such great fun!
