Why hire contractors/subconctractors? These employees work on a temporary basis so you won't need to provide benefits or a payroll for them. Just pay invoices!  You can employ them for less!   Many of these persons can even work at home, reducing office space and equipment requirements! Some may require employment as direct hire employees.
