Develop a paper that represents your stand on a controversial issue (unstructured problem).
Use the problem-solving model discussed in class to write your paper. Refer to the Activities for Problem Solvers handout as you identify, frame, resolve, and re-address the problem.
Include at least three outside sources to help support your conclusion. One of your sources should be considered a scholarly source (ie: journals published by professional organizations) while the others may be taken from popular or general interest periodicals (Time, Newsweek, L.A.Times, etc.). Use the APA format when citing sources. The paper should be typed, double-spaced, and 2-3 pages in length.
