Group Presentations
One of the goals for this course is to develop the skills necessary to work effectively in collaborative and group settings. The following two group assignments will provide the opportunity to practice the important communication skills necessary for successful group activity.

The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle |
| This group presentation of a short story will require both cooperation and collaboration. You will be given the assignment in class, and class time will be allotted to work within your groups. The presentations will be made on 2/25/99. | |

Obstacles to Critical Thinking |
| This group project will allow you to discuss with others students the personal experiences you may have had related to the various obstacles to critical thinking that we will be discussing in class. You will be given the assignment in class, and class time will be allotted to work within your groups. The presentations will be made on 4/6/99. |
